Membership Questions

Check out some of my Frequently Asked Questions below if you’re considering joining the Dance With Rasa family or have questions about your current membership.

Dance With Rasa Online starts at £15 month, and has three tiers of membership:

  • Silver: Access to class recordings, plus discounts on merch and private lessons.

  • Gold: Access to LIVE Monday workshops, class recordings, discounts, first access to new courses, and our new weekly clinic (Wednesdays at 7 PM) for direct Q&A and feedback.

  • Platinum: All Gold perks, plus access to a private online community, exclusive content, and the ability to submit 2–3 videos per month for 1-1 personal feedback

SIGN UP

If you want to upgrade or downgrade your membership level, you can do so in two places: 

  • Via the Members Area – follow the links to change your membership and your level will be updated.
  • Via Manage My Membership  – choose “Change Plan” and choose the appropriate plan.

Memberships are pro-rated. This means that, if you switch plans mid-month, your next bill will be split based on the exact number of days spent at each level. Starting next month, you’ll simply pay the standard rate for your new plan.

Please note that you can only upgrade or downgrade once per billing cycle. i.e. if you change from Silver to Gold, you will have to wait until the next billing cycle to change back to Silver, or to upgrade to Platinum.

Payment is made through Stripe, which is very secure, and all cards are accepted.

Once you sign up, you should be automatically logged into the members area, but if this doesn’t happen, follow the button to the log in page and enter your details.

You can cancel your membership at any time, but we’ll be sorry to see you go! To cancel your membership, visit the Manage My Membership page and select the “Subscriptions” tab.

Need to update your payment details? Simply visit the Manage My Membership page, and select “Payments”.

Payment will come out of your account on a monthly basis, on the date that you signed up. For example, if you sign up o on the 3rd October, you’ll be billed on 3rd November, December and so on.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password” button on the login screen – this will prompt you to reset your password.
